HOTEL STROBLERHOF
The Stroblerhof is a high quality traditional and historic, family-run Austrian Hotel situated in the heart of the pretty town of Strobl – Lake Wolfgang.
It has 30 Comfortable Bedrooms all with Private Facilities, Telephone, Radio, TV, Safe and Hairdryer.
The Hotel has a small Reception and Lounge, Passenger Lift, inside and outside Restaurant and several Bars.
There is a Wellness Centre, Outdoor Swimming Pool, Sports Facilities and Sunbathing area.
ITINERARY
SATURDAY
Early morning departure to join our crossing to France and onwards to Limburg in Germany.
We stay at the Vienna House Easy Limburg Hotel on a Bed & Breakfast basis.
SUNDAY
After a Buffet Breakfast we continue to Bavaria and into Austria.
Picture postcard scenery awaits us as we arrive at the Wolfgangsee holiday region.
Here we base at the delightful Hotel Stroblerhof in Strobl for six nights.
Dinner and Buffet Breakfast are included each day.
MONDAY - FRIDAY
During your stay we include a Lakes tour, taking in some of the regions spectacular Lakes and show you the Church featured in the world famous film - The Sound of Music.
Optional excursions will be available to the magnificent City of Salzburg, including a short tour, followed by a visit to Hitler's Eagles Nest and Obersalzberg.
The journey up to the Kehlstein House is breath-taking.
From Strobl you can take a Boat to St Gilgen or St Wolfgang, or take the spectacular Schafberg Cog Railway to magnificent views over the entire local Austrian Lake District.
Our other optional excursion is a visit to Bad Ischl - once one of the most fashionable spa towns in Europe and then Hallstatt on Lake Hallstatt - one of the most attractive towns in Austria.
SATURDAY
After Breakfast we leave the Austrian Lakes and travel back to Germany to the lovely City of Bonn and the impressive Maritim Hotel - Dinner is included.
SUNDAY
Breakfast and then we rejoin our coach for our return crossing back to the West Midlands.
